What should I do if a Note in my array goes offline?
Start with what the Note is showing. Most of the time it points straight to the fix.

If a wired Note shows a pairing code
- Test the switch port. Plug the Note's cable into a port you know works. If the Note comes back, the original port is the problem.
- Restart the Note. Tilt it out from its bottom edge, unplug its power cord at the outlet, wait 5 seconds and plug it back in. Use the outlet rather than the breaker, which restarts every Note on the wall.
- Check the network side. See Why won't my Vestaboard connect to the network via Ethernet?
If a Wi-Fi Note shows a pairing code
Check the Wi-Fi signal where the array hangs, then reconnect the Note following these steps.
