Can my Note Array show live data from our own systems?
Yes. Your array can show information that updates on its own, like course conditions at a golf club or the tap list at a brewery. The data can come from a public source or from your own internal systems.

If you're building it yourself
Format each message for the array's shape. A 4 × 2 array is 60 characters wide and 6 rows tall, for example. See What is a Vestaboard Note Array? for other sizes.
If we're building it with you
- We look at the source: What it is, how we'll reach it, what it returns and how often it changes.
- We review compliance: Your data handling, security and approval requirements. Public sources get the same review as private ones.
- We agree on the scope: Development, formatting and testing are set out up front, and we build to that.
To get started, open a ticket or book time with our team. It helps to include:
- What the data is and where it lives
- How often it changes
- Any security or approval steps your organization requires
