What does Array Enterprise Software & Care include?

Enterprise Software & Care is the software and service behind your Note Array. Your team gets the tools to run it, and we look after the hardware for as long as your agreement runs.

Running the array

  • One app for everything: Your team runs the whole array from the Vestaboard app, on the web or a phone. Invite as many people as you like and give each one owner, admin or user access. With more than one display, permissions can differ from one to the next.

  • Write once: A message is laid out across the full array and shaped to its proportions, so every Note reads as part of one canvas.

  • Schedule ahead: Set up a rotating channel to keep things fresh, a weekly moment like a Monday welcome, or a one-time event like an all-hands. In between, the array returns to a home message you choose.

  • Build on it: API key access is included, so your developers can send their own content to the array.

Looking after the array

  • We keep watch: We monitor your array remotely, so your IT team doesn't have to. Often we'll spot an issue and reach out before anyone on your side notices.

  • You're first in line: Requests under an Enterprise agreement get priority response.

  • It stays current: Platform and firmware updates are included for the length of your agreement.

  • Parts are covered: Every Bit and every Note is under warranty for the full term. If something fails, open a ticket and we'll ship the replacement. Any spare Bits that came with your array are yours to use in the meantime.

Open a ticket or book time with our team. Arrays without an agreement have our standard two-year hardware warranty and local API access.
