Yes. Our content team can get your array off to a strong start and keep it going if you'd like. The launch package covers your first month. After that, you choose who runs it.
Your first month
If your agreement includes the content launch package, here's how it goes:
- Kickoff: A 60-minute session on what the array is for, who'll see it and how often it should change.
- Launch content: We write 20 ready-to-send messages composed for your array, plus 10 reusable templates for welcomes, events, milestones and seasonal moments.
- Training: Two of your administrators join a 90-minute session. It's recorded for anyone who joins the team later.
- Runbook: You get a written playbook covering cadence, tone, approvals and who owns what.
- 30-day check-in: We look at what's landing and adjust the cadence with you.
